What people mention
The consultation, more than anything else. After that: the quote being the same at the desk as it was in the chair, and the five minutes at the end showing you how to do it yourself.
What they complain about
Saturdays. We are usually full by Thursday and there is no way around that except booking earlier, which is not the answer anybody wants to hear.
If something is wrong
Say so before you leave the chair if you can, and within seven days if you cannot. It is put right at no charge. That has happened eleven times in three years.
Told me to wait six weeks before colouring and charged nothing for the consultation.
